PLA 1.75mm BEIGE Filament 1Kg – DEVIL DESIGN
PLA 1.75mm BEIGE filament from Devil Design brand is a PREMIUM PLA of very high quality 100% pure, with an excellent raw material (100% pure, no additives, etc.) and production processes and very stringent quality, manufactured in Europe.
The PLA is a filament made specifically for 3D printing technology FFF (also known as FDM). The advantage of this material is that it can be easily used in 3D printers, obtaining a high-quality printed pieces, even in difficult details and a very good lamination of the printed object.
PLA (polylactic acid), is a strong, rigid thermoplastic, which offers high resistance to deformation. Plant-based, biodegradable in a high percentage, as it is derived from renewable resources such as corn starch and sugar cane, and for the same reason of its plant, to merge into the hotend does not emit harmful emissions health, emitting a sweet odor.
Devil Design assures high accuracy in the dimensions of the filaments, within a tolerance +/- 0.05mm, which is strictly controlled by laser techniques along the entire production.
The PLA is popular for printing on 3D printers most used material and, since it is easy to use and requires less extruder temperature (depending on the extruder between 180 ºC and 220 ºC) to other synthetic filaments, and also needs a relatively low temperature in the heating base.
PLA 1.75mm BEIGE filament can print 3D objects opaque not translucent.

Please print PLA with a temperature of 190 ºC – 210 ºC in the extruder and from 50 ºC – 60 ºC to the heating base.
For slightly more grip advise spraying the heating base with a layer of lacquer.
Council of use
Being a relatively low melting material (begins to crystallize from 90 °C) is not recommended the use of printed pieces with PLA, subject them in excessively hot environments as a direct heat high the piece is degraded.
After opening the package, but is to be used for a long time, we recommend that you save in a resealable plastic box with a desiccant, to prevent the material from absorbing moisture and thus to print parts with the maximum guarantee of quality.
