ORDERS

Pricing policy

For orders placed from the EU, prices include the cost of VAT (Value Added Tax).

VAT does not apply to orders shipped outside the EU or free zones, such as the Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla. These areas will have a price and will be charged without VAT.

Note that local taxes and customs duties may apply. For more information, check with your local customs office. If you select a currency or delivery country outside the EU, the prices are shown without VAT.

While we do everything possible to ensure that prices are up to date and correct, errors may occur and in this case we will contact you before your order is shipped.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order before sending it.

The full amount paid will be refunded.

To cancel an order, write an email to web@makershopbcn.com or by telephone at +34 936 6728 672.

Once sent, you can no longer cancel an order, but you can return it. For your return see our policy of Warranties and Returns.

Can I return an order?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase of MakerShopBCN, you can return your item (s) for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Returns must be unused, in the state in which they were received and in the original packaging.

When my order will be sent

Our operation as a whole is designed to get your order out as soon as possible to your destination.

The preparation time of a shipment is 24 hours or less.

In the event that your shipment is delayed for any reason before shipment, you will be immediately informed of the situation, and may cancel the order if this is your will.

The contracted courier service is 24 hours (GLS, Mail Boxes and Correos Express) in the peninsula.

Shipments to the rest of the countries of Europe can take up to 4 days of transit of the courier.

Can I track my order?

The transport agency will send you an e-mail address that you have provided us with at the time of purchase, a tracking number of your shipment and a link to it.
