3DLAC, Fixing lacquer
3DLAC is a lacquer created specifically for 3D printers with ‘hotbed’ or “hot bed”. The lacquer is perfect to hold the part during the printing process and remove the piece easily from the base once printing is complete.
Its function is to ensure better adhesion on the glass or smooth surface “Hotbed” firmly secure the first layer of plastic filament, so that this does not move the base at the start of printing, thereby preventing errors in beginning of the process.
It is the perfect substitute for Kapton tape, a cost saving is achieved and management of 3D printers is provided.
With only lightly spraying on the glass surface or even surface, is sufficient for the first layer of material is completely fixed to the base print. The setting remains constant, while the “hotbed” bed or “hot working temperature has once printing is finished, the cooling, the printed piece is released smoothly and undamaged.
NO lacquer paste, only firmly holding the piece.
